And by “oh” I mean zero.
The Niners have not won a single game yet this season and, as a die-hard fan, I have to admit that it hurts like a mother.
When are they going to win one for Kyle, guys? Because I really really like Kyle and I don’t want him to lose his job at the end of the season. At the rate they’re going though it’s looking like he might be shown the exit door come late December.
I’ve heard a bunch of my fellow Niner Faithful say that this is a rebuilding year and they can only can get better. But what can they really build on from this season? Do we have the right players on the field? I hate to say that I don’t even really know all the players on the roster anymore. A few games ago when the Niners scored a touchdown my girlfriend asked who scored, I told her it was Brent Jones because I had no clue who the current #85 was.
As bad as it’s been for the team, I still continue to watch the games week in and week out. Football is my jam and I love the Niners. Sure, living in the Bay Area, I’ve become a huge SF Giants and Golden State Warriors fan but I bleed red and gold.
I just hope they can scratch out a win next Sunday against the Cardinals. I’ll be praying all the prayers to the football gods. Oh-and-eight really sucks. One-and-eight would be nice for a change.
